Golf Championship
Brookfield Golf Club, Hankelow

Following a very successful event in 2008, the West Central Region Golf Championship will again be held at Brookfield Golf Club, Hankelow, just four miles south of Nantwich. This event is open to all Caravan Club members and their guests (Only CC members can win major prizes, special prizes for guests).

Weston Park near Shifnal

Weston Park is ideally situated between the M6 and M54 motorways so you can complete those extra few days after the National Rally before your journey home. Lovely parkland with plenty of nice walks. Nearby are Boscabel House, Cosford Aerospace Museum, Ironbridge Gorge Museum and shopping at Telford and Shrewsbury.

East Fleet Farm Touring Park
Chickerell near Weymouth
30 May - 13 June
Worcestershire Centre
This site is situated on the shore of Fleet Lagoon, overlooking Chesil Beach and the sea, yet only three miles from Weymouth.
The park also benefits from having a bar and restaurant on site, and a take-away service that delivers to site. The pitches are in the stable field and have electric hook-up and are hardstanding.
This site has won a David Bellamy award.

A 5-day rally run in conjunction with the Cheshire County Show. However, it is stipulated by the show organisers that all
persons attending the rally must purchase advance two-day tickets (unless they are a society member, exhibitor or trader), which cost £18.50 Adult / £12.00 Children (aged 5-16).

Chatsworth House

The site is within the grounds of Chatsworth House with acres of countryside to explore, watch the deer, walk in the Wye valley, or visit Chatsworth House and farm shop. There is a huge adventure playground at the farm with animals to see and learn about. Chesterfield and Bakewell are nearby with a retail outlet at Rowsley. A walking family treasure hunt will be arranged.

Easter in the Cotswolds

A beautiful venue with lovely walks around some large fly-fishing lakes. Children can also take their bikes and cycle within the grounds.
Dogs are welcome but must be kept on leads around the lakes although there are some lovely fruit fields where they can roam free.

Bank Farm, Horton, Gower

This lovely site is set within a 75-acre park overlooking Port Eynon Bay on the Gower Peninsula. There are many enjoyable walks around the area and the site is only a short walk from the beach. Electric hook-up provided on all pitches. The site has a heated swimming pool with retractable roof for all-weather use, and a playground area for the children. There is also a licensed bar which offers a range of bar meals, including Sunday lunches.

Shrewsbury Flower Show West Central Region
12 - 17 August

One of Britain’s best 2-day shows with superb floral displays, and all day entertainment in the arena. A shuttle bus operates from the site
on show days, Friday and Saturday, or you can walk the short distance, or stop in the town centre if you do not wish to visit the show.

This is a family run site and is located half a mile from the beautiful Cotswold village of Bibury. It is a flat and sheltered field with trees
and hedges to three sides and an open countryside view.
Homegrown produce is sold during the season and also bedding plants, perennials, and herbs when available.
The Juniors will hold their Teddy Bears’ Picnic during the weekend.

Petruth Paddocks, Cheddar Gorge

Cheddar Caves and Gorge are a nationally important nature reserve, with karst limestone cliffs. There is a 3-mile walk around Britain’s
biggest gorge, climbing to 400ft above the roads, Jacobs Ladder, 274 steps to heaven! All this to see and more and the site’s not bad either!
